How do I enroll?
Where do I get a laptop?
- Call your brick and mortar home school and state that you are going to EOA and need to pick up a computer. They will let you know when it is ready for pickup.
- Check out 4J Student Laptop Setup under the Students Tab if you have trouble getting in.
What if I’m having connectivity issues?
- Reach out to your brick and mortar home school to request a hotspot or contact eugeneonline@4j.lane.edu or call 541-731-7563 and they will request a hotspot.
Where are my classes/periods for this semester?
- Check in Studentvuw/Parentvue for the classes / periods under the class schedule tab.
What if I’m having problems getting into Studentvue/Parentvue?
- Contact your brick and mortar school for assistance.
What if I have a records request?
How do you take attendance?
- Attendance is taken by logging into each of your classes each school day with the exception of advisory which students must attend to be marked present. There is no specific time period that you need to stay logged in, but remember you need to do the assignments to pass the classes and graduate.
What if I am can’t log in due to sickness, emergency, or appointments, athletic events?|
- If you need to be absent a parent/guardian must call the attendance line at 541-790-7545 or email eugeneonline@4j.lane.edu. Please have them state the grade, name, and reason for the absence.

Can I change my password in Peak?
- Yes, Open any class and click on your name in the upper right corner.
- Choose Account Settings.
- At the top of the page that opens up is a link for you to change your password.
- We recommend that you do so.
- Additionally, it’s a good idea to change your Time Zone.
- Scroll down a bit to the Time Zone section.
- Choose any of the GMT-8:00 cities.
- This will ensure that you see correct times within your courses for any live sessions with your teachers, etc.
How many unexcused absences bring about an attendance letter?
- 12 periods for letter 1, 21 periods for letter 2
How long can my student be absent before being dropped?
- 10 continuous absences require an automatic drop even if the days have been excused.
