The Eugene Online Academy follows the School District 4J calendar, but classes can be accessed online 24/7 – 7 days a week. Students can submit work at any time.

Staff is available online: Mon–Fri, 8:30PM –3:30PM
In each class, you will find your teacher’s You Can Book Me link to set up an appointment on Zoom.

TYPICAL DAY

Students are expected to complete one to twelve daily, asynchronous (not in real-time) lessons. This means that students can do their work at times that work for them. However, EOA teachers and staff hold Zoom meetings with students throughout the week. These meetings can be related to lessons or are check-ins with students.

Middle school students enroll in 5 classes. Middle school students spend one hour per day on average for each class, and classes must be completed by the end of each term.
