EOA MS end of school year information

Parents/Families of EOA middle school students,

In this communication, you will find end of the school year information as well as information about the summer food program. 

Last Day of School and last day to do work in FuelEd classes: The last day of school is Friday, June 14th and students will have until 9pm on that day to complete work in their online classes.

Technology details: All EOA Middle School students will keep their laptops for the summer, unless you are moving out of the 4J school district. If you know your student will not be attending school in the 4J School District next year, your student’s laptop and any other 4J technology needs to be returned to their home Middle School. 

8th grade only: If your student is an 8th grader, our technology department will update their laptops remotely so they are ready for 9th grade. If your student is staying with EOA for 9th grade, please make sure you fill out and return the form that is attached to this message. 

Summer School for 8th graders only: There is a high school summer intensive program available to all high school students, including students who will be 9th graders next year. Please look at the link for more information: Summer School Link

Lane County Summer Food Program - June 24 to August 23, 11:30 - 12:30 PM - Food for Lane County offers children and youth aged 18 and younger to eat free lunch during the summer months! Employees serve meals at parks and community centers located throughout Lane County.

Oregon Summer EBT food benefits: Summer EBT is a new grocery benefits program that starts this summer to help families who qualify buy food for their school aged children. For more information, please visit:
